1. Scope
This statement covers obligerpath.digital and information about physical access to Obligerpath at Overtoom 141 in Amsterdam. It is for visitors, clients and anyone who wants to know how we handle accessibility.
The Dutch version is authoritative; this English text is provided for convenience. Relevant frameworks include European accessibility rules where applicable, Dutch equal-treatment law and the GDPR when feedback contains personal data.
2. Our goal
Obligerpath B.V. wants everyone to find and understand our services — from rates for Vocal recording to voice preparation guides. We use semantic HTML, visible focus styles, sufficient contrast, text alternatives for photos and a clear heading hierarchy.
We regularly test pages with keyboard navigation and 200% zoom. We cannot guarantee compliance with every WCAG 2.1 AA success criterion at all times, but we improve deliberately.
3. Website — what works well
- Language switch between Dutch and English.
- Forms on contact with labels tied to fields; submission over HTTPS.
- Cookie banner with equal choices; see cookie policy.
- Tables in legal pages with headers and scope attributes where needed.
- Skip link to main content and a single clear main region per page.
Articles such as delivering stems and LUFS for mastering use structured headings.
