We aim for 2 working days. Busy holiday weeks may take longer; we will tell you. Urgent? Call 020 737 0842 and ask about gaps in the diary.

Default hours: Monday–Friday 10:00–22:00, Saturday 11:00–18:00, Sunday closed. By appointment. Evening slots until 22:00 are possible when the engineer is free; we do not run overnight sessions.

From age 16 with your own consent. Younger requires written permission from a parent or guardian who books and pays and stays for the session.

We schedule a short intro with a first booking or during setup. Standalone tours without a reservation are not offered, because sessions run throughout the day and client privacy matters.

Up to 6 people at once in studio and control room, artists included. Extra guests need prior approval; sometimes the layout cannot fit them.

For vocals and podcasts we supply mics and headphones. Bands usually bring guitars, bass and snare; drums live in the room. Amps may be ours — mention it in your enquiry.

Extensions are possible if the next slot is free. Band overtime after the day rate is €135 per hour incl. VAT. Other services bill the hourly rate on your quote.

Closed-bottle drinks are fine; food stays in the small pantry or outside to protect gear and acoustics.

Yes. Every session is run by an engineer from Obligerpath B.V.; we do not rent the room without supervision.

Default 24-bit WAV at 48 kHz, or your project sample rate. Mix and master as WAV; mp3 only on request for demos.

12 months after the last session or delivery, then we delete files from our servers. Keep your own backups; see delivering stems.

Mixing starts once stems are complete. Timing depends on track count; we state a date on the quote. 2 revision rounds are included.

Yes, if you bring a virus-free stick. By default we send a download link; large band projects can be copied to SSD on site.

Multitrack export is available on request at an hourly rate after the session. Mention it when booking so export time is in the plan.

After full payment, recordings are for you as set out in terms. We do not use your material in promotion without written consent.

No. We do not train models on client audio and do not create voice clones without explicit written permission.

Yes via streaming or local files in session. Make sure you may play them in the studio; we do not host illegal copies.

Contact and invoice data are processed under our privacy policy. Site forms use FormSubmit; manage cookies via cookie policy.

For business jobs where we process personal data on your instructions, we use the template in data processing agreement. Request a filled copy via [email protected].

Bank transfer for deposits and invoices; card and cash on site for the balance unless the quote says otherwise.

30 % of the quoted amount incl. VAT. It offsets the balance on session day or on invoice for business clients (14-day term).

More than 7 days ahead: free. Inside that window up to 50 % of the session fee may apply, depending on notice. See terms.

Yes, site rates and quotes include 21 % VAT unless reverse charge is stated for business. Excl. amounts are on services.

That works. Follow deliver stems for mix for naming and headroom. We confirm receipt before mix hours start.
