The website obligerpath.digital is published by Obligerpath B.V., a private limited company (B.V.) with registered office at Overtoom 141, 1054 HG Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Trading name: Obligerpath. The studio offers vocal and band recording, mixing, mastering and podcast sessions in Amsterdam Oud-West.

General contact: 020 737 0842 or [email protected]. Studio hours: Monday–Friday 10:00–22:00, Saturday 11:00–18:00, Sunday closed.. Directions: We are at Overtoom 141, a short walk from the Overtoom stop (GVB tram 1 and 7). From Amsterdam Centraal, allow about twenty minutes on tram 1 towards Osdorp. There is on-street paid parking and bicycle racks; the entrance is at street level beside the large front windows..

2. Representation

The company is represented by Sanne de Vries, managing director and lead engineer. She signs quotes, contracts and invoices on behalf of Obligerpath B.V. unless another person is authorised in writing.

3. Registration and tax

Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number: 92455685. VAT identification number: NL887198909B01. Paid-up share capital: €100. Listed prices include 21% VAT unless a business quote states otherwise.

The premises include 2 recording spaces: a live room of about 28 m² and a vocal booth of about 14 m², with 2 iso booths and up to 6 musicians at once in the live room.

4. Hosting

The site and related files are hosted by TransIP B.V. within the European Economic Area. TransIP B.V. processes technical logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and uptime. See our privacy policy and cookie policy for personal data processing.

The form on contact is processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a service based in the United States. Your message (name, email, phone, chosen service and project notes) therefore briefly leaves the EEA before it reaches [email protected].
