This disclaimer explains how to read obligerpath.digital. Obligerpath B.V. (Obligerpath) publishes the site to describe our recording studio in Amsterdam. Nothing here replaces an individual quote or contract.
2. Not legal or financial advice
Articles in the guides section (such as LUFS levels or podcast budgeting) share studio practice, not legal, tax or investment advice. Consult a professional when in doubt. To book: contact.
3. Accuracy
We aim to keep hours (Monday–Friday 10:00–22:00, Saturday 11:00–18:00, Sunday closed.), rates and gear descriptions correct, but errors happen. Guide prices on services may change without notice. Only a written quote counts.
4. No guarantee of artistic or commercial success
Recording, mixing and mastering are creative services. We deliver agreed technical work but cannot guarantee specific streaming numbers, playlist placement or sales. Outcomes depend on performance, arrangement, source material and distribution outside the studio.
5. External links
We may link to third parties such as maps or vendors. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
6. Website liability
Where permitted by law, Obligerpath B.V. is not liable for damage from using or being unable to use this website, except intent, wilful recklessness or mandatory consumer protections. You remain responsible for downloading and backing up delivered files.
